Is this affiliated with Etsy?
No. We're an independent monitoring tool. Etsy doesn't endorse us and we have no inside information. We read the public policy pages exhaustively, the same as you could.
Will you read my emails?
Only the automated notifications your marketplace sends you about case numbers, violations, and fees. Email forwarding is coming soon — when it is live, our system will parse them for the details you would otherwise hunt for by hand. No person on our team reads your mail, and we don't keep a copy of the message body. You can delete your full history from your settings.
What if I have multiple shops?
Pro covers up to 3 shops. If you need more, email support and we'll sort it out.
Do you guarantee my appeal will be accepted?
No. We write a strong appeal from cases that have worked for other sellers, applied to your specific situation. Your marketplace makes the final call.
How do I cancel?
One click from your billing page. The lifetime purchase is refundable for 14 days.
What about Amazon, Shopify, or eBay?
Planned next, once Etsy support is solid. Anyone who buys the lifetime plan gets every future platform included at no extra cost.
Why aren't more features on the Free plan?
Watching policy pages, reading your forwarded emails, and sending alerts cost us real money every month. The Free plan covers the biggest pain point at no charge. Pro pays for everything else.
